1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AssignBot AI platform, website (assignbotai.com, www.assignbotai.com), and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and X00APP100X LTD("we", "us", "our"), a software development company registered in the United Kingdom.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services.

To access certain features of AssignBot AI, you may be required to register an account using your credentials from supported third-party providers (such as Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Services and Credit Purchases

AssignBot AI provides users with web-based writing assistance and productivity tools.

We operate on a one-time credit pack system. There are no recurring subscriptions.

• One-Time Purchases: You buy credit packs as needed. We will charge you a one-time fee for each credit pack you choose to purchase.
• Credit Expiry: All purchased credits expire exactly 30 days from the date of purchase. Any unused credits at the end of the 30-day period will be permanently cleared and are non-refundable.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the services and immediate provisioning of credits, all sales of credit packs are final and non-refundable.

4. User Content and License

You retain all ownership rights to the texts, prompts, and content you input into the platform and the resulting text generated by our tools ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services. We do not use your content for other purposes without your explicit consent.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload or input your content and that doing so does not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any laws.

5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use AssignBot AI to:

• Engage in, facilitate, or promote illegal activities.
• Upload or generate content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting features of the platform.
• Use the platform in a way that violates academic integrity codes or plagiarism rules established by your institution. We advocate for the ethical use of our platform as a study and productivity aid.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

AssignBot AI and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that the outputs generated will be completely accurate, factual, or suited to your specific requirements. It is your responsibility to review and verify all generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall X00APP100X LTD or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our platform.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.

9. Term Terminations and Updates

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

We may modify these terms at any time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
